Remirez, agree with your thinking and so do a lot of others here although they may be too afraid of voicing their concerns. The truth is they are delaying for one of these two reasons:
1. Huge setbacks in terms of path to commercialisation (major chippie or techie lost or losing interest) and trying to salvage the situation by hatching a new strategy or plan for commercialisation. This could explain why we are acquiring companies who are currently actually generate revenue. Smoke in mirrors tactic to deceive shareholders into believing that xped is succeeding. Or,
2. We have a signed deal and they are waiting for official agreements to be drawn up. Hence the delays in announcement.
Either way huge SP movements coming soon. The simple reason for the falling SP is lack of number 2.
