Okay so I'll jump straight to it, MOU doesnt officially die until they formally say they don't want to work together anymore. But if they are no longer talking to you or returning your calls it is also as good as dead. Careful! Not saying it is a fact but it is entirely possible right WITHOUT having to notify market.
Could there be a deal? Yes, and they don't have to notify the market until it has been signed and checked by all of the lawyers etc. Again, it is not a fact but you can see it is entirely possible they have an agreement - although only verbal at this stage - and are waiting for official documentation before announcing to market.
Lets not get too wild now when people put forward their views. Calm down people.
