How can an Investor Roadshow results in debt? Yep debt is a dirty word for some but a great tool for others to progress. WHAT? WHEN? WHY? and WHO? are the questions to ask.
What - It is a convertible note, yes it is a debt but can be converted into shares. If it remains a debt, be paying interest of around 8% of the funds used or if XPED elects to convert the debt into share, the creditor in this case would be paying a premium of 20% of the market price at the time of conversion or at a minimum of 5c before maturity.
When? - No definite day but will be given more details hopefully during the AGM.
Why? - Might be a better proposition than the CR from sophisticated investors at 2.9c
Who? - More details to follow.
