I don't see it as being likely. As I understood it, the 'well capitalised Xped' would be to demonstrate the companies ability to sustain overheads well into the future. Being that companies dealing with Xped are forging a dependency on them to maintain a service, it's important that Xped can guarantee that service won't cease unexpectedly.
An increase in licencing deals may mean a slight increase to business costs but should only be a minor adjustment, and certainly outweighed by the revenue generated from each deal.
