If the C/N holder only sells a tenth of their current holding and manages to keep it at 2.8, then the number of shares acquired April first would be so much larger. I'm also thinking that is why the chip release is set prior to assist in pushing up share price prior to the 1st to minimise the number of shares the C/N holder can acquire. Maybe it a FU move by the C/N holders for the change of deal.
Could also be a very large company trying to financially hamper the company as they don't want their technology usurped or just a broker trying to chase all the investors away
Not sure but ASIC should be looking into it.
