Fundamentals of the commercialisation look stronger and gaining momentum.

Xped have abandoned their dealings with L1 and what appears to have been poisonous actions which had the effect of an attack on the SP. Whoever was behind setting this deal up from or on behalf of Xped looks to have eaten a lot of humble pie. If there was any financial reward for setting up the deal, whoever it is should immediately hand this back to the company.

I wonder if L1 are still selling or if it is someone else? L1 still have 3 weeks where they have agreed not to convert any notes to shares. L1 are not getting Tranches 2 or 3. Does anyone with experience of these situations have an opinion on if it would be in the note holder's interest to drive down the price?

Does someone have a vendetta?

Or is it someone else (with a bot) who wants the price lower to then attempt to start hovering at a lower level? could they take a hit to get it to a lower level and risk it backfiring on them big time...?

Intel pledged capital backing in their MOU. One would think this would probably have strings attached in terms of only using it to advance the technology with Intel or it's customers.

If they did get support from Intel (or others) it would take some pressure off the bottom line.

It seems like there is something big up the Xped sleeve coming before or around 1/4/17.

A capital backer? Revenue in Q1 we don't yet know about? Perhaps an announcement of stunning proportions? A takeover offer coming, so no need for L1 Capital Opportunities Master Fund ??
Successful porting to Telink chips with BTLE Mesh support?

Perhaps they don't and it will be business as usual? A steady stream of MOU and Agreements followed hopefully by revenues....

By the way, I have no doubt the Telink porting will be completed and probably ahead of time.

Dr.Wenjun Sheng and Xped are confident enough that they put it in writing. Probably did this also for reassurance it will be delivered.

I think the porting is probably already working, if not totally completed would be in testing and/or debugging.

They will make this porting bullet proof reliable given this will go to market in very high volumes of chips.
