Just a few questions/observations:
Media Intelligence Co (MIC), a partially-owned subsidiary within the Jemsoft Group, makes use of such software to provide real-time and after-the-fact insights and measurements for brands and media owners alike. Importantly, MIC has a cornerstone research contract in place with Think TV Australia, which provides $500,000 per annum in licensing fees and is self funded. The company has a number of high profile projects in development which will be disclosed to the market in due course.
Have any of these "projects in development" been disclosed yet?
My understanding is that XPE own Jemsoft who 51% own MIC, so the 500k licensing income should fall down into XPE laps at some point, or 50% roughly after MIC costs, anyone know the MIC costs before fees?
I remember XPE signing a licensing agreement or such with INTEL back in mid to late 2016, any movement, licensing income seen from this?
Why are corporate fees and wages $2m per Q?
Seems high?
cheers for any help with answers.
