Thanks RobbieinAus. I understand your explanation and do agree with you on your explanation. It makes sense to use the period from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017.
I am puzzle on the date, why they use the date 1 Jan 2016 on both for Jemsoft and JCT. And really if 1 Jan 2016 is exactly what they want to use, then the figures are really ambiguous. Jz like the balance of CN available after conversion on one incident.
Anyhow, good to close the subject.
