I think it is doomed if it does not change tack....but so far things are pointing to a change of tack and finally focussed on cost control, and focussing on the main thing that is working, going ok re: JCT.
It has MD and the Dr on 12 month contracts to see if they can flog the other stuff, if they can't, simple shut it down (writeoff what invested) and focus on the stuff that is working which can build a nice little viable business, re: JCT, including plans for international expansion next year.
