The Google Event in San Fran (from 12 US ET time) could be XPE relevant, even significant. A lot of speculation - several articles tipping that a new mesh router may be announced, but some suggest that Google will release a single App that may allow control of third party devices. Samsung, fellow Thread Group member mentioned, ut given Thread & OCF have been cooperating since July 2016 it may be more universal...if it is mentioned at all.
However, Google is hyping this event as groundbreaking...
