Just a rare bit of idle speculation from me about the looming size of the aged /disability market.
I suspect few elderly people would choose high rise but then there's the elderly Asian market - people who've always lived in apartments.
Hope the channel partners are talking to developers.
And Aveo /Freedom, given alleged monitoring issues.
