Assume you're referring to our MD, Marty who jumped ship for ADRC which he labeled sublime.
Just because it hasn't yet cracked the lucrative yet competitive Smart Home retail market doesn't mean ADRC is no longer elegantly simple. The patents still hold great value & in time will realise their true worth.
Many paths lead to Rome so patience still required here.
