I think ramirez raises some valid points. By the details this seems less a performance incentive scheme and more a 'director benefit' scheme... I wholeheartedly support the idea, but a 5 day weighted average over a 20-30 day and a US$120k golden handshake for a measly(given how this is supposed to be everywhere and in everything tech) 2.5mil REVENUE instead of PROFIT(or worse still the bonus for issuing a few mil shares..), makes me less inclined to vote yes. The only saving grace is that they've cancelled a bucket load more rights shares to do it.
