Performance rights should made because of inproving earnings over a 12 months Or highs not the lows when you have insite of knowing whats in the pipe line with in the company in the coming 12 months set goals well above the lows That's not rewarding That to me is self centred for ones self not the company or share holders
The double dipping of salareries an bonus Is questionable over the hole marketplace
