Select the Single access Holding option at the bottom of the page.

First screen enter
1. XPE
2.HIN number this is on your CHESS holding Statement you will need to prefix with X
3.Post code

Second screen
1. Select view meetings

Third screen
1. Select Vote

Fourth screen
1. Full Holding
2. Proxy - Chair of meeting or whoever you like

Fifth Screen
Select your voting options
