Not for all products it seems.

From the Quarterly activities statement:

"The Company expects the development and porting of ADRC to the Telink 8269 chipset to
be complete by January. This new ADRC IoT Stack will include Telink’s patented BLE Mesh
technology which will allow ADRC to be used for the first time in a “hub‐less” configuration
where the Device Browser app on a phone can pair with and control devices directly
without the need for an IoT Gateway. This new configuration option will allow
manufacturers of low cost devices to sell their products to consumers who will not have to
purchase a separate IoT Gateway, thus dramatically reducing the upfront cost and
removing this as a barrier to entry."


The extra coding work on this is responsible for the Telink porting delay IMO.
