What is scary IMHO is there is no-one at the helm with the right caibre of tech commercialisation and strategy experience at the moment running this company....I mean seriously Chris Wood is just a techie, Athan a Corporate Finance guy who would probably struggle to spell the word strategy, and our chairman a mining / accounting dude.

So hence a strategic approach to commercialisation of tech at this point is out the door....rather it is random scattergun approach to commercialisation (try lots - hope one succeeds) approach with calibre of strategic management in place (read: lack of).

The board imho have no idea of what should be done at this point as they are missing critical strategy, sales and commercialisation skills. So unless they get lucky with the scattergun approach I can't see short term much happening...and even if they got lucky...long term it has to be so they can then recruit/attract higher calibre executives/management to execute and/or be acquired by a company who can provide this.

This board imho is a classic low grade board for a low grade spec at this point. Gees where can I get a gig like this as seriously with the competition on XPED board it makes me look like a superstar. Note to self work out how these guys get such gigs....

I remember Chris Wood defending Athan to the hilt in the past...and to me saids it all....which begs the question does anybody think Chris Wood is executive material or just backyard tech guy. As takes someone with executive calibre credentials to understand if someone else like Athan has executive credentials. IMHO neither are executive grade.........and never will be imho.

When they all walked out the door, that was the death knell. Why are people even giving this stock an ounce of a chance to come good. Many of us have lined the pockets of most of the people who walked taking heavy losses. It amazes me that Lekkas still has another month's salary to drain out of XPE before he finally closes the door. It's over folks.
