I sold out at a substantial, but not crippling loss some time ago., so can empathise with current holders.
May I suggest another approach, I refer you to BGS and the action taken by the SH's there.
If such a motion carried here, turn the company into a shell and move onto greener pastures.
BGS is now bulletproof, where it used to be a basketcase.
