I can think of a couple of shareholders who would make great directors of this company as they would ensure decisions were made to the benefit of all shareholders and have suitable skillsets.
However i am struggling to make a list of existing directors a shareholder may feel have the necessary skillset and ethics to meet their current roles. I do believe some have been misguided but all have made recent decisions at board level that dont meet the average shareholder smell test.
