Firstly we all empathise with your pain. However I will point out that many here lost significantly more than you did. No one wants Xped to fail. The current situation does not allow for it to succeed and until we get the changes required there is little chance it will survive.
This is not about being vindictive, rather it's partly about bringing justice and partly to prevent this same thing from happening to others.
I would hope you can understand that.
