That tweet from John has been in the back of my mind all morning and aligns with my thinking.
Sensors convert the physical world to a digital/analogue world.
It's all about getting info into a usable format that "things" can process.
It's just that John specifically mentioned "sensors" that caught my eye.
"Things" contain sensors to allow them to operate as we want them to operate.
It is the sensors that collect the data so it can be processed.
There are so many sensors out here with various types of outputs that we can't expect our product to be plug and play.
However, large volume producers of "Things" should have a "standard" across their product range for sensor outputs.
This is where our product comes in, collect the info and make it dead easy for the end user to use it to their advantage.
I know this is just one aspect of XPE's future uses and we have our fingers in many pies at the moment.
We may be thinking too small at the moment in regards to XPE's potential and it's applications.
