As I previously posted, I like the Lenze deal. I am looking forward to some visibility in cash generation in the next few quarterlies. See, I am not just a Debbie Downer.

XPE had 2 very experienced IT&T business development executives; Stefanac and Bill Chang. They are now both at Astralink, another IoT play. Here's Chang with a USD5+m deal.

I'd guess a similar USD5+m deal with the core XPE tech, that of the high margin business, would result in a positive cash flow.

XPE boots Chang and keeps Michael Clarke on $150k for a minimum 10 days consulting per month, despite resigning from the BoD. Nice gig.
