I couldn't agree with you more.

As per the xped announcement and every news article online regarding Telink,... Telink have launched into the IOT sphere with what they claim is the cheapest, low cost chip and yet is packed full of all the latest, 'current' tech but also includes ARDC tech (which is clearly from the future), and now sets Telink totally apart from any would be competitor.....until Xped announce who the next chippies are of course.

So for the price of a Hyundai Getz you can have everything you'd expect from a Mercedes S65, PLUS ARDC which NOBODY else has. So yes, Telink will certainly build chips that don't require all that stuff, however, if it's cheap, then why not. When did you ever see a new product or gadget advertising: "now with the added poverty pack technology"!

Soooooo Cambridge Silicon Radio (LSE:CSR) aka Bluetooth raised £50 million pounds for their IPO. We all then watched as Bluetooth became the staple feature for any 'connected'or 'smart' device or accessory worldwide. Phones, pcs, laptops, stereos, door locks, watches, vehicles, etc, etc.

Meanwhile CSR's revenues increased exponentially and subsequently its share price continued to rise. Eventually reaching £899 pounds before Quallcom brought them for 2.5 Billion.

Here is the latest offering from CSR..... The ability to control 4.1 billion led light globes from a single App using their beloved new and improved Bluetooth. The catch..... You MUST be within a 50m range. Hellooooooo Xped!
