They could have convey that was the reason why they acquired Jemsoft/MI......other knew due to the Codium acquisition fell through, they needed to source additional resources from another Adelaide based company which was always their strategy but clearly this wasn't made as clear as possible from the announcement (as others seem to be still questioning it why they are doing this).
My guess is there are other Lenze apps deals in the pipeline for additional revenue sources and cash flow so they need more developers, while others are working on their core product ADRC.
