    scar - if the opportunity you describe is that obvious, why are they not pursuing it??

    Take stage 1 of your scenario, for example.

    How long have they been working with Arcadyan now? Around 6 months? Why has no one - either on the Arcadyan side or the Xped side - come up with the idea of adding ADRC to the Arcadyan STB? The only talk has been around the Arcadyan smart home gateways.

    In other words, what is the point of showing the punters "how you could develop a very similar product incorporating Xped tech" when Xped, itself, does not appear to be interested in it?
