A person who has granted themselves millions in shares and reaped hundreds of thousands in salaries is well up on their investment of naught but time and a few grand thrown at their recent allocation of shares for purchase.

Compare that to someone who invested at retail prices and lost 70% of their investment.

All things being equal, the perspectives and positions are polar opposites. I highly doubt the BOD who are insanely in the green, would honestly give much thought to the retail holders.
