I reckon that the announcement would come out wednesday. That would give us monday and tuesday to go up naturally like last week, then as soon as everyone is eagerly waiting in baited breath... BAM! There it is ... intel agrees to turn the MOU into a contract!!! IMO DYOR ETC..
