Yes, that is my understanding, I believe there were some numbers that did not add up with Codium wanting more than originally agreed.
It would be easier to hire the necessary people and I think this is what Xped have been using some of the extra funds for, as per the prospectus. I do not believe they are looking at any acquisitions in this area but I could be wrong, easier to hire individuals.
