It is end of the financial ear on Friday. Might be EOFY sellers locking in losses? Although, according to my Accountant last year, the ATO can and does query loss selling too close to the last day of the financial year.
Anyway, a look at TV2 the last couple of weeks can show what can happen once ' good ' news arrives (it has doubled, literally but from a very low base just like XPE is currently at).
In my personal opinion, everyone is waiting for an announcement turning a MOU into agreement.
It is due to happen this quarter - so they better get a move on and get an annoucement out there.
If there is a delay, they need to announce what the delay is and when a signed deal is expected.
Otherwise, I suspect the trolls and usual downramp suspects will have a field day, as they say.
