That's because all they've done is tried tricks, rather than actually legitimately making progress. They refuse to be transparent about revenue forecasts and therefore people refuse to trust them. End of story, really.
The last 12 months of price movement sum this stock up better than words ever could. It's one of two things. Insanely mismanaged, or a sleeper.
I'm thinking it's potentially both, but the longer the former continues the less likely the latter is.
