That 250K of shares would be a double edged sword so not sure of the confidence it will give the market.

Sure they are buying in, but at a 20% discount (0.013) I won't be putting much stock in it.
If they bought on market or even better buying the future placement shares with no discount....okay then you have some confidence.

Money in the coffers and skin in the game at the current price. Sentiment alone would probably trigger a 20% surge....until the CN smacked it down again that is

I was expecting an announcement before end of month. Why not give a brief announcement saying yes it is done or will be x weeks. Communication.....
Even the most irritated of customers will be happy/calmer if they are kept up to date with progress.
