Yes there is always the overhang of those two issues i guess but if the products are good which the experts are publicly saying they are then those issues will be overcome. NXS management really couldn't care less about the stock price. This is good in a way as they are totally focused on the products but it does give way to frustrated and bored shareholders when news flow is very light on (and mostly complaints lately).
