Forgive my pessimism, but with small turnover in a stock like this, I suggest technical analysis is more like drawing a conclusion from a sample of 1 rather than a rigorous prediction of mass behaviour. I do believe the short term momentum theories do apply somewhat, though, during some pricing activity. This one is more a fundamental value analysis play, particularly geared towards the military/law enforcement arm successes or otherwise.
