thanks. Insiders have sold stock from time to time over the last 10 years (as have I- small parcels when I have needed to). They have their reasons- Rod got into philanthropy I think. It doesn't alarm me at all. They've sold a percentage of their holdings and deserve their success. It doesn't change the story, and hasn't affected the growth of the company or the long term SP trend (beyond temporarily as traders freak out).

Insiders selling is not always a sign a company has peaked or is overvalued- it's a data point for sure, but one of many that you have to weigh up. If I had sold when they dropped parcels of shares then I'd be a regretting it.
