Great post, nothing more to add except that their product/ service is price inelastic.
Once they have the customers, imagine what a 10% price increase will do to the bottom line.
As a user in my company with 14 staff, if they increased prices by 50% per month, I wouldn't switch. It's just a pain in the butt to do so and its a great product. I pay $60 per month which is insanely cheap for the value I get.
