Final piece for the time being. All those folks saying they have to buy it because Thiel and Matrix are there. Thiel is very smart because his 8.5million shares have an in price of NZ$4.48 each so at $44.90 he has an unrealised gain of about $345million. We don't know Matrix holding as they don't even bother to lodge substantial notices despite holding circa 9-10% of the capital. I reckon they own 12.5m shares at an average of NZ6.47 so about Kiwi 480million to the good. Maybe you're a bit late. At some stage these blokes will cash out - hence the rumoured US listing which would give them scope to go. An element of the greater fool theory perhaps.
