It's all horses for courses. Reckon has acknowledged it can't complete with marketing spend of Xero, Intuit and MYOB so is targeting a niche at the lower cost end.
i am sure most here realise that there are a heap of options for small business accounting software, the idea of exclusively rkn vs xro is only applicable if you want to choose to invest in accounting software on the ASX. Here's an article from a few years back.
