the SEC V Ripple/XRP court case ended yesterday and whilst Ripple the Company has an ongoing legal battle, XRP the crypto token had a huge win. For the past 2-1/2 years there has been so much FUD around XRP, and a lot of it by Legal Experts ( Angela Walch, (not sure of the spelling )was one , that Skypiliot liked to reference) and BTC's Maxis in general that just was not so. Some of the US Legal Experts were ex SEC, Chairman, Regional Directors like Marc Fagel, US Senators like Elisabeth Warren and others. but the worst is the current SEC Chairman Gary Gensler.
what the court case has done, is something of nightmares for the BTC Maxis like Sailor, Kaiser, and others......... XRP is now the only Legal Crypto in the US right now. It is now the only game in US right now.
