Well....well....well! Ripple is now in a very strong position in its battle with the SEC. I can see XRP being able to do what it was designed for... and that is to be Bitcoin 2.0. The designers of XRP were / are big fans of Bitcoin .... but realized that Bitcoin had/has major problems and so... they created XRP. The SEC in its self-righteous arrogance has taken on a colossus..... and even have to contend with two of it's own commissioners ( there are 5) that are writing letters that Ripple are now using as part of its defense. The XRP Army are on the march. Jet
