expert discovery has been extended by another 3 days to 17th Jan. If its really bad for the SEC we can expect a settlement a short time after that. Deaton, Hogan are expecting a very interesting few weeks coming up. Its looking very good for Ripple, but Ripple may still lose, we don't know how the "Russian Horse Trading " is going behind the scenes. meanwhile I'll been buying small amounts of XRP when the price drops below US$1. I have looked at so many variables as to potential future price ( say 4-5 years from now) but what ever figure I come up with is loaded with my biases, if anyone has a prediction please post it, would love to know how you came up with a figure. thanks Jet
