It’s getting stupid now on the SEC v Ripple case. We now have a US Gov Dept doing backflips and virtually admitting it lied re the 2018 Hinman speech. Usually it’s the Defendant that retracts , restates and backflips not the Plaintiff and a Powerful Plaintiff at that. Just goes to show the SEC had no idea as to what it was taking on in Ripple and The XRP Army. The SEC had bitten into a monster and has been losing since day one. Preliminary Judgement after Preliminary Judgement has gone against the SEC, forcing them to say and do what was ever needed at the time only for the SEC’s own words to now be used against them in a devastating way. They latest filing to the USCourt in the past days beggars belief. Settlement on Ripples terms is hopefully not far off now. Jet
