yeah. We’re waiting on a couple of other judgements / orders, if successful puts this order in perspective. But the order on if Ripple can use the Fair Notice Defence was successful and that’s very bad news for the SEC. If you read the Applications of the Order it’s not good news for the SEC. As for Garlinhouse and Larson they may have to pay a fine for early sales but even that’s not clear.
