The time looks like it has arrived.
Settlement or the emails come out.
The SEC do not want those emails out so the Settlement is the SEC's way out with some sort of fine and a slap of the wrist otherwise if this case goes the distance then the SEC will lose the case outright and lose whatever jurisdiction over Crypto completely
