    have you seen the latest James K Filan tweets? the SEC in his opinion seems to be saying XRP is not a security in itself.... but is because everyone that owns or uses XRP is in a common enterprise. If the Judges agree with that...... BTC and every other crypto is in big trouble. IF Ripple win....... XRP may be the only US crypto to have clarity for the next - 2-2.5 years seeing how long a court case goes on for. I can see ETH having trouble next. I wonder if ETH has and XRP Army equivalent
