Again, I'm not sure why the gov would want this because bank transfers as a form of digital currency are just as traceable. I traded it here and there apart from the XRP purchase and overall I am under, not much however. I think it'll be here to stay in a similar capacity MLMs are. In any case a small, much smaller, domain than it is now
