The 10:1 consolidation is happening.
If you read the announcement of 10th Feb, all the dates are there.
In the meantime you should see them in your account as XSTDA and once all the admin on the consolidation/split is completed (by the 27th), they'll be back to the normal 'XST' but for every 10 shares you held, they will become 1 share - ie:- 100,000 shares become 10,000 new shares.
Conversley, the pre-consolidation price of $0.002 becomes $0.02.

Not sure how it works if you want to trade your holding in the meantime - you'd probably have to call your broker.
