Vanguard, in 2012, owned 1.2% of Xstrata. imo, Xstrata have always wanted Rocklands even though their representatives and mouth-pieces won't admit it publicly.

M&G -appears- to be behind the current churning and sp repression;
1m+ shares traded each day,
but M&G only selling <200,000,
==> churning?
