Why would Glencore Xstrata (Xstrata) want to acquire a Tier Two/Tier Three copper project in a high cost (operating and capital cost) jurisdiction?
Have you seen the assets that are in the Glencore Xstrata copper project pipeline?
Do you seriously think that because a major global institutional fund held an interest in Xstrata that you can somehow create an fantasy M&A deal? is that really credible?
