rumours are circling around that a bid for mre will be made in the coming weeks or days as xstrata continues to sniff around australian nickel companies.wsa and mbn are out of the question,but minara and mincor or maybe even ponoramic are the most likely contenders.with the shareprice plunging almost 82% in the last few months,minara is the most likely to be taken over and with a price of only $1.40,it seems very enticing for the swiss company to make the bid.........i suppose only time will tell but volume has seen a bit of a lift in the last few sessions and with the nickel price on the increase again,a bid will coming sooner than later......how much is the big question,well, it will not be below the $3.
