Well, if they were interested why didn't they bid whilst it was close to $3 yesterday. It will be soon $4 again !!!
Cost them at leats 33% more as a starting price.
At $3.08 they could annunce 33% premium and offer $4 no they would have to offer closer to $5 to get anyone interested to sell.
